About Otmar
Otmar Wullich is a Business Performance Consultant working with owner-led businesses and SMEs. His experience is built on three core foundations: People, Standards, and Direction, developed over more than 35 years in high-pressure operational environments.
Otmar helps businesses create the clarity, consistency, and practical standards needed to improve performance. He identifies what is holding performance back, improves how teams work, and puts clear standards in place that hold under pressure.
Built in hospitality, one of the most demanding environments for performance, cost control, sales, procurement, and consistency, his experience includes managing large multinational teams and extends beyond hospitality into wider commercial and operational roles.

Case Studies
Case 1
FOH and BOH were disconnected, with low trust and inconsistent standards, before a major audit. Introduced a daily structure, clear accountability, and leadership presence. Aligned teams and achieved a strong FDA audit result.
Case 2
Large 24-hour operation with 155 staff across 18 nationalities and weak communication. Implemented a clear communication structure and aligned teams under shared standards. Improved coordination, consistency, and management control.
Case 3
Business restructuring with management change, redundancies, and loss of direction. Aligned leadership, stabilised the team, and restructured operations for efficiency. Restored clarity, control, and overall performance.
Case 4
Training and SOPs were in place but not applied, leading to inconsistency and firefighting. Introduced daily structure with clear leadership responsibility. Standards became consistent and embedded in daily operations.
